Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Everanta packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
